How many questions are in the app?
The app contains 330 questions across 9 modules covering all Food Hygiene Level 2 exam topics, including food handling, personal hygiene, food safety hazards, cleaning procedures, and hygiene legislation.
What's included in the free version?
The free version includes 50 curated questions and a 10-question demo mode to help you get started. This gives you a solid taste of the app before deciding to unlock the full question bank.
What does premium unlock?
Premium gives you access to all 330 questions, category-specific practice for each of the 9 modules, and full 50-question mock exams with a 60-minute timer simulating real exam conditions.
How does the mock exam work?
The mock exam presents 50 random questions with a 60-minute countdown timer, simulating real exam conditions. You need to score at least 70% (35 out of 50) to pass. The timer auto-submits your answers when it reaches zero.
How is my progress tracked?
Your stats are stored locally on your device. Category quizzes show your latest attempt score (not cumulative). Mock exams help identify weak areas for categories you haven't practised individually yet, so you always know what to focus on next.
Can I restore my purchase on a new device?
Yes! Go to the Premium screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID or Google account, so you can restore it on any device signed into the same account.
How do I reset my stats?
Currently, you can reset your stats by reinstalling the app. All data is stored locally on your device and will be cleared upon reinstallation.
The app isn't working — what should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If you're still experiencing problems, please contact us using the email below.
